This Privacy Policy is applicable to any site, and the services provided therein, operated by Nokia Corporation, its subsidiaries or affiliates ("Nokia") from which you have accessed this Privacy Policy (the "Site"). By accessing and using the Site, you expressly agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Such Site(s) include www.n-gage.com, mobile.n-gage.com, support.n-gage.com, and blog.n-gage.com. This Privacy Policy is applicable to the Site(s) and not necessarily to other Nokia sites. When leaving any Site(s), please read the privacy policy applicable to the site you are thereafter visiting.

Nokia collects Personal Information for the purposes of provision, development and personalization of the Site(s) and any other Nokia sites, services and/or products, research and demographics, statistics customer care, and fulfillment of your orders. Specifically, Nokia collects Personal Information for the purposes of personal communication with you in order to respond to your questions, and fulfill your requests, managing and processing orders, keeping track of the performance of contracts of sale (including the delivery and activation of ordered Items, as well as of re-issue requests) and preventing possible misuse of payment methods on this Site. And, in the event you have so consented, to contact you for direct marketing purposes via mail, e-mail or phone to conduct market research, and to inform you of and get your feedback on upcoming products, services and/or promotions.
4. Information Storage and Processing

You expressly accept and give your unambiguous consent that your Personal Information gained in connection with your use of the Site(s), with respect to the Site(s), may be transferred across international borders to server locations supporting the Site(s) (including but not limited to transfers from those locations back to the country of your registration) for operating and developing the Site(s), including transfers to Nokia subcontractors or agents, as mentioned below who perform tasks related to the Site(s), or for the purposes of storing the data in the relevant database, which may be located in any jurisdictions in which Nokia operates, including without limitation those outside of the European Union and/or outside the country where you originally entered the information.
You expressly accept and give your unambiguous consent that Nokia, service providers, Nokia "Service Points", affiliates and other Nokia subcontractors or agents performing support order fulfillment and other thereto related tasks, may have access to your Personal Information that is needed for completing the task in question. These entities operating in these functions have accepted appropriate confidentiality obligations when processing your Personal Information.
Nokia reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend the above list of countries from which access to Personal Information may be provided. Nokia will inform relevant data protection authorities of any such amendments and Nokia will inform you of any such amendments by amending this Privacy Policy accordingly and you unambiguously consent to any such amendments.
Your Personal Information will not be revealed to any third parties without your prior consent, except as otherwise provided above in this Privacy Policy.
Security, Review and Accuracy of Personal Information
Please note that while there are always risks associated with providing Personal Information, whether in person, by phone or over the Internet or any other media or terminal, and no system of technology is completely safe, "tamper" or "hacker-proof", Nokia has endeavored to take appropriate measures to prevent and minimize risks of unauthorized access to, improper use and the inaccuracy of your Personal Information.
You have the right, once a year without any cost and thereafter subject to compensation of reasonable costs of Nokia, to review any and all of your Personal Information stored by Nokia. Further, you have the right, at any time, to ask Nokia to remove some or all of your Personal Information and to prohibit Nokia or its third-party designees from using any Personal Information submitted by or collected from you.
Nokia will on its own initiative, or at your request, replenish, rectify or erase any in-complete, inaccurate or outdated Personal Information retained by Nokia in connection with the operation of the Site(s).
